All of our ingredients are Natural and fresh cooked from our kitchen, here in the UK.
Store in freezer until the day before feeding. The day before serving, take a daily meal package out of the freezer and put into the fridge to allow it to defrost.
Unopened the daily meal package can last up to 5 days in the fridge.
Once opened it must be served within 2 days. Our meals contains no preservatives, and must be used within two days after opening.
Remember to always have fresh water available for your dog.
Cut off the end of the package with a pair of scissors, and empty as much food as you want to serve into a microwave safe bowl.
Put the bowl into the microwave oven for about 15 seconds, and the meal is ready to be served. If your dogs bowl is not microwave safe, please use another container to heat in microwave oven.
You can also serve the meal cold, but it is not nearly as yummy for your dog. We highly ecommend heating it to a lukewarm temperature (it should feel slightly warm to your skin, but not hot).
Do not microwave the daily meal plastic package, as it is not microwave safe.
Do not microwave more than you serve, as you cannot put it back into the fridge once heated.

When switching from another brand to Natural Bowl, we generally recommend introducing Natural Bowl over a period of a week.
This allows your dogs digestive system to adapt to the new food and reduces the chance of an upset stomach.
You can weigh your dog at many vets or pet stores for free.
If you have a human scale at home, and you can carry your dog (and it doesn’t mind) you can weigh it quite simple: Weigh yourself carrying the dog, and without carrying the dog. Deduct the two numbers, and you have the weight of the dog.
