If your dog (or you) is not completely satisfied with a product, you can get a full refund for the pouches that are unopened and still frozen, if you return them to us within 2 weeks in the original packaging.
If you receive a product damaged, please make sure to take a photo of the packaging (including the box the order was shipped in), so we can follow up with our shipper if needed.

You can return products up to 14 days after you received it.
Yes, you can return unopened, still frozen pouches.
We realize it's a food product, and not all dogs have the same taste in food.
For that reason you can return the daily pouches you have not used, as long as they are unopened, still frozen and you return in the original packaging.
Once returned, we will refund your order pro-rated for any used pouches. If you used 3 pouches, and return 7, we will issue a refund of 7/10th of the purchasing price. For example: You purchased a Meal box with 10 pouches for £21.99. After returning 7 pouches we will refund £15.40 (calculated as £21.99 x 7/10 = £15.40).
We do not offer refunds on shipping cost.
We cannot accept Treats return that have been opened.
When receiving a return, we refund your original order pro-rated for any unopened pouches. You're then free to order any other product should you wish.
We cannot accept opened or damaged pouches with the vacuum seal broken.
We cannot accept returns not in the original packaging.
